The Veggie Battleaxe @2011 Michael H. Mara

(One of the Medieval Kitchen Knives series of unique, ancient looking, high performance chef's knives)

This cleaver style knife has a sturdy 4 7/8" long blade of 1/16" L6 steel, forged to shape, and hardened to HRC58, with an as-forged finish and spine grooves on the leading edge. The knife is 7 1/4" overall and has full tang construction for strength, with Desert Ironwood scales with three Nickel Silver pins. $268 SOLD
