(One of the Medieval Kitchen Knives series of unique, ancient looking, high performance chef's knives)

This graceful, sweeping, general purpose Chef's knife has a 6-1/2" gently curved blade of 1/16" 1095 Steel, forged to shape, and hardened to HRC 58. It includes full tang construction with Masur Birch, inlaid with Desert Ironwood, scales and three 1/8" Brass pins. The handle is canted downwards to allow for the utmost in ergonomic comfort and cutting efficiency. Sharp as a razor. 11-1/2" long overall. $232. SOLD
