(One of the Medieval Kitchen Knives series of unique, ancient looking, high performance chef's knives)

This beautiful, high performance pizza cutter knife has a circular 3" blade of 1/16" L6 steel, hardened to HRC58, forged to shape with the as-forged finish. The knife is 8-3/4" long overall, with a hammered Copper, Brass, and Curly English Ash handle, with 3 Brass rivets. $485 SOLD
