The Smallaxe Cleaver

The Smallaxe Cleaver @2012 Michael H. Mara

(One of the Medieval Kitchen Knives series of unique, ancient looking, high performance chef's knives)

This cleaver style knife has a sturdy 4 1/2" long blade of 1/16" L6 steel, forged to shape, and hardened to HRC58, with an as-forged finish and hammered Brass thumb rest on the spine, riveted on with Brass pins. The knife is 6 1/2" overall and has full tang construction for strength, with Rosewood scales with three Brass pins. $271 Sold
