(One of the Medieval Kitchen Knives series of unique, ancient looking, high performance chef's knives)

This paring utility style knife has a sturdy 4" blade of 1/16" L6, forged to shape and hardened to HRC 58. Spine ridges all around the blade, full tang with Curly Olive scales and three 5/32" Nickel Silver pins. 8" OAL. SOLD
