(One of the Medieval Kitchen Knives series of unique, ancient looking, high performance chef's knives)

This graceful, sweeping, general purpose Chef's knife has a slightly curved 5" blade of 1084 steel, hardened to HRC58, forged to shape with the as-forged finish. The knife is 9" overall with Putumuju scales and three 3/16" Nickel Silver pins. This knife is a high performance all-around cook's knife, sturdy, built to last, it will take and hold a fine edge, and will soon become one of your favorite knives in the kitchen. $172 SOLD
