(One of the Medieval Kitchen Knives series of unique, ancient looking, high performance chef's knives)

This graceful, sweeping general purpose Chef's knife has a 7-1/2" curved blade of 1080 Steel, forged to shape, and hardened to HRC 58. It includes spine grooves on the front portion, with precision feel and balance. Full tang construction with Grapefruit wood scales and three 5/32" Nickel Silver pins. Sharp as a razor. 11-1/2" long overall. $271. SOLD
