This graceful general purpose Chef's knife has a 6-1/4” blade of Zebra-pattern Damascus, flat ground, HRC58. Full tang construction with Zebrawood scales, inlaid with Turquoise and Nickel Silver, with Nickel Silver textured bolsters and two mosaic pins, 11” OAL.
