This graceful, sturdy, general purpose Chef's knife has a 6" blade of 1/16" 440C, a gently swooped spine with upswept tip, forged to shape with an as-forged finish, hardened to HRC59. Full tang construction for strength with Brass pins and Old Growth Curly Koa scales. The knife is 10-1/2" overall length. $329 Sold

Note that 440C is a high carbon, high chromium cutlery steel, so the finish on this knife will stay as is, and won't tarnish nor rust like a simple alloy steel such as 1080 may.
