Stag Utility Paring Knife @2005 Michael H. Mara

 This paring or utility knife features a 3 ¼” flat ground 440C blade, cryogenically tempered for toughness and flexibility, and satin finished. The blade is hardened to HRC62. The knife is 7 1/4” overall. The knife is ergonomically shaped to nestle in the hand, with full tang construction for strength and durability, Stag scales and three mosaic pins. $149 SOLD
