The Stag Fine Filet has a 5-3/4" blade of 1/16" 154 CM, a high chromium cutlery steel. Flat ground and forged, with an as-forged finish, hardened to HRC 58. Full tang construction with Axis Deer scales and Brass pins, 9-7/8" OAL. An elegant, flexible filet knife, also known as a Bird and Trout, for precise, delicate work. No sheath right now, but one can be made for an additional charge. $245. Sold.
