Rosewood Chef's Boning Knife @2005 Michael H Mara

This chef's boning and utility knife has a 8 1/4” blade of 440C steel, flat ground with a hand rubbed satin texture. The blade is hardened to HRC 62. The knife is 13 3/4” long overall, with a ergonomic handle shape for comfortable use. It has Indonesian Rosewood scales and brass pins. $253 SOLD
