 Each knife is entirely hand forged out of a high carbon Railroad spike (1035 steel). 4-1/2 ~ 5" blades with a drop point or upswept point, convex forged edge, twisted handle. The blades are hardened to 55 HRC. The knives are 9 1/4" overall. Traditional carburized Blacksmith's oil and beeswax finish with polished highlights. These are functional working knives, and due to the Olive Oil used in the finish, safe to use with food. $147 each. A sheath can be made for an extra charge. Available
