This set of 6 graceful, sturdy, general purpose Chef's / steak knives have 7" blades of 1/8" 154CM, a swelled spine with upswept tip, forged to shape with an as-forged finish, hardened to HRC58. They are full tang construction for strength with Brass pins with (L to R) Ebony, Goncalo Alves, Ziricote, Walnut burl, Desert Ironwood, and Tasmanian Blackwood scales. The knives are 12" overall length. Includes a customized Walnut with glass display case. $2339 SOLD

Note that 154CM is a high carbon, high chromium cutlery steel, so the finish on this knife will stay as is, and won't tarnish nor rust like a simple alloy steel such as 1080 may.
