This Chef's Bowie knife features a 7 7/8” Hollow ground drop point ATS34 blade with 6 1/8” false top edge, satin finished. The blade is hardened to HRC62. The knife is 12 1/2” overall. It has full tang construction for strength and durability, with Goncalo Alves scales and two 1/4" mosaic pins. $242 SOLD
