The Fiesta Paring Knife @2012 Michael H. Mara

 The Fiesta Parer is a fancy, elegant, general purpose kitchen knife, the blade is 3-1/4" of 1/8" flat ground 440C, hardened and tempered to 58HRC, full tang construction. The scales are Turquoise and Jasper, inlaid with Nickel Silver sheets, laminated to Osage Orange, and attached with 3 Nickel Silver pins. 7-3/8" overall. $231. SOLD
