The Bloodwood Filet has a 7-1/2" blade of 1/16" 440C, a high performance cutlery steel. Upswept blade, flat ground and forged, with an as-forged finish, hardened to HRC 58. Full tang construction with Bloodwood scales and Brass pins, 12" OAL. A graceful, flexible filet knife, for precise, fine work. It floats in the hand, and will quickly become a chef or fisherman's favorite knife. No sheath right now, but one can be made for an additional charge. $317 Sold
