This graceful, sturdy, general purpose Chef's knife has a 7" blade of 1/16" 154CM, a swelled spine with upswept tip, forged to shape with an as-forged finish, hardened to HRC58. Full tang construction for strength with Brass pins and Bloodwood scales. The knife is 11-1/4" overall length. $293 Sold

Note that 154CM is a high carbon, high chromium cutlery steel, so the finish on this knife will stay as is, and won't tarnish nor rust like a simple alloy steel such as 1080 may.
